Leen de Langhe

Background and education

Leen De Langhe graduated cum laude with a law degree at the University of Gent in 2009.  

In October 2009, she was sworn in as a trainee lawyer at the Bar of Oudenaarde.  

She took an additional course in "Company law" at the HUB in 2012 and completed a postgraduate training for "curator-liquidator" (KULeuven, University of Antwerpen) in 2013.  

Leen De Langhe joined Everest Law in March 2014 and was admitted to the Bar of Gent in the same period.  

She was included on the list of curators of the Commercial Court of Gent, department Oudenaarde.

Activities

Leen De Langhe is principally engaged in the fields of company law and insolvency law.  

She is regularly appointed by Court as a curator of bankrupt companies and as a liquidator of non-profit organisations.  

From 2012 to 2016 she was a board member of the Young Bar Association in Oudenaarde, for which she served as president in 2013
