Olivier Bottequin
Olivier Bottequin graduated magna cum laude as a Master of Laws at Ghent University in 2022. During his studies, he also gained study experiences abroad at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.
After previous summer internships at Everest Ghent, he has been registered at the Ghent Bar since 2022 and definitively joined our Real Estate and Construction Law team. He is particularly specialized in contracting and corporate law.
During his first internship year, Olivier immediately won silver at the annual pleading competition Georges Debra of the Bar of Ghent and achieved bronze at the international Southern Pleading Competition in Breda.
Since 2024, Olivier has also been active as a part-time practice assistant at the Institute for Contract Law of the KU Leuven, where he teaches working lectures to students and assists students in writing their master’s thesis.
